Data which you have provided or which we have found on LinkedIn and other public sources when looking to fill an open position is stored in our applicant data system. We will keep this data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data is processed. With regard to recruitment, we will keep this data until our open role is filled. We cannot estimate the exact time period, but we will consider this period over when a candidate accepts our job offer for the position in question. When that period is over, we will keep the data for up to a further 12 months.

So, whilst we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Website and via our Services. Any transmission is at your own risk. We keep your information on our electronic database. We access our database daily for our day to day business activities from a secure platform which is password protected and has strict user restrictions.
