Social Media Marketing (6-Month Internship)

Job Description:

BioFashionTech is seeking highly motivated Master's students for a 6-month internship in Social Media Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing company at the intersection of biotechnology, sustainability and fashion. If you are passionate about digital marketing, community building and storytelling and want hands-on experience shaping the voice of an innovative startup, this role is for you.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Business, Sustainability, Fashion, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and community engagement.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
• Basic understanding of marketing analytics and social media KPIs.
• Interest in sustainability, biotech innovation, or the fashion industry.
• Availability to collaborate remotely and contribute consistently during the internship.
• Not primarily motivated by compensation; open to discussing potential equity opportunities depending on future involvement.
• Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a proactive attitude—your drive matters more than perfect experience.
• Experience with Wordpress is required

Responsibilities:

• Support the creation, planning, and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
• Assist in developing BioFashionTech’s brand identity and ensuring consistent messaging across channels.
• Create visually compelling content (graphics, short videos, captions) aligned with the company’s vision and aesthetic.
• Monitor marketing KPIs and help analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement.
• Contribute to community-building initiatives and maintain active communication with followers.
• Collaborate with the team on marketing strategies, storytelling concepts, and digital outreach efforts.
• Explore opportunities for crowdfunding visibility and audience engagement.
• Support relationship-building with partners, contributors, and community members.
