- Own the planning and orchestrate the execution of ADI projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Work closely with the business, software, hardware, and embedded software teams to define weekly goals and milestones.
- Be a core part of ADI’s management team.
- Manage project timelines by organizing weekly sprints, ensuring tasks are scheduled, and setting clear goals for each team.
- Proactively plan for upcoming projects, ensuring that all resources are in place and timelines are adhered to.
- Facilitate communication between teams and external stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are moving forward as planned.
- Use project management tools to track progress, set tasks, and maintain visibility into project status.
- Identify risks and bottlenecks early, proposing solutions to keep the project on schedule and within scope.
- Act as the key point of contact for client communications, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
- Lead retrospective meetings to continuously improve project processes and outcomes.
👩💻 Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- 32 - 40 hours
- Professional project management experience
- Strong organizational skills with experience in coordinating teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
- Ability to set clear goals, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely project delivery.
