Production Specialist

As a Production/Operations Specialist, you will be the link between product development and the production you set up. You ensure that everything runs smoothly from purchasing to assembly, control and delivery, and you think along about smart ways to set up and scale our production.

Your tasks will include:

Production & Assembly: You are responsible for maintaining contact with our suppliers. You are also responsible for assembly and production within Fluss.

Problem-solving: You solve technical challenges during the production and test phases and provide feedback to the development team.

Quality control: You ensure that every product leaves the door in tiptop condition. Logistics: You help set up our operational processes - from purchasing to shipping.

Teamwork: Together with the core team, you optimize our processes and prepare us for large-scale production.

Are you an energetic doer with experience in production and/or operations of high-quality hardware products? Do you want to be part of a young, fresh start-up that is working hard on a sustainable product for water sports? At Fluss, we are developing a wastewater treatment system for recreational boating, and we are looking for a new full-time teammate to grow with!

👩‍💻 Requirements

Experience in production and/or operations: You know how to set up and optimize processes. Hands-on mentality: You like to tackle problems practically. Flexibility and team spirit. In a start-up, no day is the same, and that's what you like! Preference: Experience in the maritime sector, hardware production or at a start-up.
