Product Design & User Experience Internship

What will you do?

• Interview and observe stakeholders to collect data on their pain points, requirements and the value we can provide for them.
• Process and structure this data using tools like personas or customer journey mapping to provide insights and input for the product development team.
• Generate and implement product strategy proposals for improving customer satisfaction, user experience and brand awareness.
• Work with engineers to develop prototypes and run experiments or workshops with customers.
• Set-up and maintain channels for communicating recent developments and collecting customer feedback.

👉🏼 You have‍

• Working towards a degree in the direction of Strategic product design, Design for interaction,  Industrial design, or similar.
• Passionate about discovering customer problems and solving them using novel technologies.
• Somebody who is eager to embrace the adventure, takes ownership of the work and shares our good vibes.

💻 Requirements‍

• Available for a minimum of 4 months on a full-time basis.
• Able to commute to our HQ in YES!Delft.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English are a must, German is a bonus.
• Relevant work experience is appreciated (this can be a previous role or internships).
