- You will develop and execute a business plan, that is in line with Villari's product-market fit proposition, achieving new partners, meeting the revenue targets and facilitate the growth of our business at these key accounts worldwide.
- You will focus on strategic partnering with engineering companies, who you will enable to sell our product, to their strategic accounts. In your day to day you will generate new leads and build out relationships internationally.
Key activities:
- Partner acquisition through e-mails, calling, and trade fairs
- Joint development of a marketing plan with our partners
- Coach and convince our partners to sell Villari's technology to their clients
- Responsible for regular (sales/marketing) updates to the partners
- Until we have hired the Partner Success Manager you'll also be responsible for partner onboarding by providing educational sessions about Villari’s technology, pricing and product proposition.

- The ideal candidate has an MSc degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field, has a proven track record in partner sales, and is now looking for a role where he or she can combine these disciplines.
- Someone who can answer complex product and industry-related questions from smart engineers, to sell our product and to help Villari achieve it's ambitious growth targets. 👩💻 Requirements
- Technical MSc degree in Engineering, Physics, or a similar field of study,
- 5+ years of experience in a commercial/partner sales role.
- Proven track record of successful collaboration with partners
- Strong analytical skills and a natural ability to persuade & build relations.
- Excellent communication in English (Dutch, German, Spanish, or French is a plus).
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with different stakeholders.
