We help new patients get an amazing product every day. But the customer experience is more than just a product - it also includes a warm welcome, pleasant communication, and excellent service. β
As our Office Manager, you may have the greatest influence on this. You take the time to help each patient as good as possible, and you process the administration accurately. Thanks to you and the rest of the Office team, the operation runs smoothly, and the customer leaves with a wonderful feeling.β¨β¨
At our location in The Hague, you are one of the points of contact for clients, also over the phone. You have a strong drive to help everyone as good as possible, and you can improvise when processes do not go as expected.
You play an important role in administration, from scheduling to the complete billing process of our products. You work meticulously and have a natural drive to improve processes.
Depending on your passion and talents, there are many opportunities to take on more responsibility and expand your role, for example in Finance, HR, and/or Marketing. And youβre not afraid to challenge ping-pong masters Emil & Kim after lunch.β¨β

- You are hospitable and service-minded.β¨
- You are a good listener and take your time with clients.
- You work accurately.β¨
- You have relevant experience with customer contact and various administrative processes.
- You are flexible and can quickly switch between different tasks.
- You speak and write Dutch and English fluently. German is a plus.
