As our Office Manager, you keep things organized — from inventory and purchasing to visitors and team activities. You bring structure, clarity, and a friendly touch — so the team can stay fully focused on building the future.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
· Keep our inventory stocked and organized; manage purchasing and payments
· Handle shipments, mail, and deliveries—nothing gets lost under your watch
· Coordinate office maintenance with the building management and contractors
· Welcome visitors, manage key cards, and oversee access
· Manage the office inbox and phone—making sure messages land where they should
· Organize team events, birthdays, and celebrations (you love creating great moments)
· Book travel for team members and handle logistics with a smile
· Support HR with posting vacancies, initial screenings, and onboarding/offboarding staff
🧠 What We’re Looking For
· Minimum MBO-level education, preferably in office management, administration, or facility services
· A structured, reliable, and proactive approach—you see what needs to be done and make it happen
· Strong communication and coordination skills
· Fluency in Dutch and English
· A hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly
