β’ Bachelorβs degree in mechanical, materials, and aeronautical/aerospace engineering.
β’ 1+ years of professional, research, and/or internship experience working on CAD software and Composites manufacturing. Preferred Skills and Experience
β’ Advanced degree (Master's) in mechanical, materials, or aerospace engineering.
β’ Minimum of two years of professional experience in a hardware engineering role.
β’ Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovate.
β’ Proven track record of cultivating collaborative, transparent, and persistent work environments.
β’ Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
β’ Knowledge of composite materials and their manufacturing processes along with practical experience working in a manufacturing setting.
