👩💻 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, materials, and aeronautical/aerospace engineering.
• 1+ years of professional, research, and/or internship experience working on CAD software and Composites manufacturing. Preferred Skills and Experience
• Advanced degree (Master's) in mechanical, materials, or aerospace engineering.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in a hardware engineering role.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovate.
• Proven track record of cultivating collaborative, transparent, and persistent work environments.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of composite materials and their manufacturing processes along with practical experience working in a manufacturing setting.
