Welcome to the new practice
Not long ago, a man walked into our office carrying a guitar. He had written a song for Manometric. For the first time in three years, he was able to play again. Thanks to a small, perfectly fitted hand brace.
That is what we build. At Manometric, we design and manufacture custom-made orthoses using our own 3D scanning technology, smart software, and scalable production. We work directly with hospitals and clinics across the Netherlands and are expanding into Germany.
As we grow rapidly, our operations are becoming more complex. Planning, production, logistics, and clinical collaboration must function as one integrated system. That is why we are looking for a Junior Operations Manager. Someone who enjoys bringing structure, creating overview, and improving processes step by step.
The role you play in our growth
As a Junior Operations Manager, you are a central link in the day-to-day operations of our orthopaedic teams. You ensure that schedules are accurate, processes run smoothly, and data provides insight into where we can improve. You work closely with orthopaedic technologists, operations, and client contact teams. Thanks to your overview and initiative, colleagues can perform their work more effectively and patients receive the right care faster.
You are responsible for:
Planning and operational coordination
You take ownership of planning and organizing the deployment of our orthopaedic technologists. You monitor capacity, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently.
Process and data improvement
You analyse data, build dashboards, and translate insights into concrete improvements. You take ownership of operational KPIs and help make processes smarter and more scalable.
What you will do
- Create schedules for orthopaedic technologists and optimise capacity
- Coordinate appointments, orders, and referrals
- Build dashboards and monitor KPIs
- Analyse processes and initiate improvements
- Support operations with projects and process optimisation
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve bottlenecks quickly
- Bring structure and overview to a fast-growing organisation
Who we are looking for

- Works accurately and pays attention to detail
- Is comfortable with tools such as Google Sheets or similar systems
- Is fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
What we offer
We believe the opportunity to improve the client experience in healthcare is already exciting, but of course there is more:
- A gross monthly salary between EUR 2,800 and EUR 3,500, with a growth path tailored to your experience
- The option to work 32 to 40 hours per week
- A solid pension scheme with a 10 percent employer contribution and additional insurance
- 25 vacation days
- We primarily work from the office, with the option to work from home part of the time
- A driven, multidisciplinary team (R&D, clinical, software, design)
- Technology that directly impacts thousands of lives
- An open, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas truly matter
The next step
We have already scanned more than 50,000 hands, and we are only just getting started. Apply now and help make our operations as strong as our technology.
