About the assignment
We support 250+ growers worldwide who use our monitoring solutions, PATS-C and Trap-Eye, to gain insights into pest activity. Growers typically start small - covering a few hectares or a single greenhouse - before deciding to scale up to a larger acreage. We have learned that active guidance and engagement are critical in helping growers realize value and move toward full deployment. Regular check-ins, sharing insights and best practices, highlighting opportunities, and ensuring systems perform as expected are key to success. Ultimately, growers need to feel heard and supported in their daily actions.
This internship focuses on building and shaping Customer Success Management within PATS. You will take the first steps in defining how we guide customers effectively - combining hands-on interaction with learning what truly drives impact.
