👩💻 Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Has experience in customer interaction and demonstrates a high level of empathy.
- Is tech-savvy and capable of effectively using various software tools (CRM, spreadsheets, email, Intercom, WhatsApp, VoIP systems).
- Possesses a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Is able to assist existing customers as well as convert new customers.
