About the Opportunity:

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, production, supply chain, project management, or process engineering
- Experience in startups or scale-ups is highly preferred
- Strong operational mindset: pragmatic, structured, rational, organized
- Stress-resistant, emotionally stable, reliable, and consistent
- Not ego-driven; collaborative and respectful of leadership vision
- Able to follow complex, long conversations and maintain continuity
- Commercial or technical understanding of biotech, materials, sustainability, or fashion tech is a plus
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Motivation to build operational foundations in a mission-driven company
Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership
- Build, manage, and optimize company processes, production, logistics, planning, and scalability systems
- Implement structure, workflows, and data-driven decision-making
- Develop operational roadmaps and performance metrics (KPIs)
Team & Organization
- Organize internal workflows, resources, and responsibilities
- Maintain a stable, calm, rational work environment
- Support team members and ensure alignment with the company’s mission
Communication & Coordination
- Respond to all emails, inquiries, repetitive questions, and operational requests
- Follow long, ongoing conversations with consistency and attention to detail
- Monitor and respond to notifications, comments, and DMs on digital platforms
- Communicate clearly and professionally with suppliers, partners, and clients
Technical & Administrative Support
- Handle technical requests related to production or process management
- Oversee documentation and compliance
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and data tracking
- Ensure deadlines and operations run smoothly

- The position is paid from the beginning
- Equity may be granted after a successful trial period
- The role is remote and flexible
- You may maintain other commitments if you manage your time effectively
