Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in leading corporations
Experience in early-stage startups
- Strong preference for candidates who have co-founded a company
- Familiarity with the biotech and/or fashion industry, recycling market, or bio-based products
- Commercial and management experience
- Structured and results-driven
- Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset
- Self-motivated with a strong internal drive
- Passion for the company's mission, with the potential to grow into a CEO or CPO role depending on interests and strengths

Responsibilities:

- Drive the company’s strategic direction, vision, and mission
- Proactively identify and secure venture capital and other funding opportunities
- Expand business operations and identify new market opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, investors, clients, and partners
- Conduct market analysis to anticipate trends and maintain competitive advantage
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute strategic initiatives
- Represent BioFashionTech at industry events and increase brand visibility
- Set and monitor KPIs and business growth targets
