Aviation Engineer (MRO)

What we're looking for

You know the aviation MRO space, from a Part-145 shop floor, a CAMO office, an aviation engineering degree, or somewhere in between. You know what an AMM chapter reference looks like, why zonal inspections matter, and how much time gets lost translating what a mechanic saw into what the paperwork says.

You don't need to be a programmer. You need to be the person who knows how maintenance actually works.

What you'll do

• Translate your knowledge into how the product handles aviation maintenance data.
• Work directly with our developers to structure the maintenance and inspection processes, test them and provide feedback before our customers do.
• Define priorities knowing the needs from our customers and the domain.
• Run pilot projects and support customer onboarding.
• Over time, become the domain authority inside the company.

Your profile

• A background in aviation maintenance: Part-145, CAMO, line/base maintenance, or an aviation engineering degree.
• Familiarity with AMM/SRM documentation and maintenance processes.
• Interest in software development and looking forward to collaborate with developers.
• Structured and precise: you care about getting references, classifications and terminology right.
• Comfortable communicating in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Already based in the Netherlands and legally allowed to work here; we cannot provide visa sponsorship.
