As a Bid Manager, you are actively involved in deciding which tender opportunities to take and to assemble the right team. You also lead multiple bid teams at once and coordinate the efforts of internal and external stakeholders. You continuously monitor
and improve the bid process with your team and ensure compliance with Ansβ standards, while also keeping track of the tender project deadlines.
Besides, you are a natural networker and are always looking for new customers to build strong connections in the education industry. Active lookout for new business opportunities is key to stimulating growth.

You are also a presentation wizard! Someone who can captivate the audience with your convincing storytelling about Ans and what we can offer to the customers. You bring your A-game and join our team of presentation pros.

π» Requirementsβ
- Open to learn! At the beginning of your Ans career, it is crucial to learn everything about what Ans entails. Hence, it is preferred that you have an affinity with both the educational and IT industry;
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English;
- 2+ years of commercial experience;
- Proven experience in Bid Management, with a strong track record of winning bids;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
- Great project management skills;
- Experience in a similar role is a bonus;
- You are proactive, have great people skills, and are able to critically assess your own work.
- And most importantly, you are a fun and enthusiastic colleague to work with!
