- Have extensive experience as a sales consultant or sales/account manager (2-5 years) and know whatrequired to acquire, retain and enthuse a customer for upsells.
- Want to work at a tech scale-up where no day is the same and you have a hands-on mentality.

- Can convince customers and also reassure them on issues
- Are empathetic to get a good understanding of what is going on with customers
- Have a 'self-starter' mentality to optimise the freedom you are given and the many optimisations that still lie ahead
- Are proactive and eager to learn, NEXTdriver wants to improve every day and you contribute to that too
- Are a go-getter and not afraid to make calls. You are a doer
- Have an affinity with the combination of behaviour & technology, driver behaviour coaching or the profession of driver
- You are not put off or demotivated by 'no' and persevere and share successes with the team
- Have a valid driving licence B
