This role requires a balance of technical expertise and strong communication skills. The position involves designing sensor coverage based on structural/inspection reports together with your colleagues from business development. Part of the role will be (international) travel to our clients: container terminals, open mining pits, steel manufacturing plants, wind farms, and major infrastructure projects across the globe, where you will execute or guide the implementation of your plan. Thereafter, you will be the main point of contact for that client, cooperating with your colleagues from data analysis, providing meaningful results from our sensor data.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Be the first point of contact for clients
Maintain close communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Translate our sensor system’s monitoring results into clear, practical insights which our clients and partners can confidently act upon.
- Design and execute sensor deployments
Work closely with clients, partner companies, and internal teams to understand project requirements and review technical drawings. Translate these into practical sensor placement layouts that meet technical and business objectives. - Coordinate and execute installations
Take ownership of the installation process from start to finish. This includes planning logistics, scheduling, and ensuring resources are in place. Depending on the project, you will either guide clients remotely or carry out hands-on installations on-site, sometimes in challenging environments.

What will you bring?
- A Bachelors and/or Masters degree in engineering, preferably in an applied field (e.g. mechanical or civil engineering)
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey critical structural integrity and safety information to customers
- Committed to maintaining professional, long-term relationships with clients built on trust and reliability
- Ability to independently organise (international) operations, including hands-on installation, coordination, and training
- Ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience
- You take ownership and like to get the job done
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively
- English: Must-have (professional working proficiency)
- Additional language: Nice-to-have (e.g., Dutch, German, Spanish)
- You are in possession of a driver’s license
