lead in scaling up the production of our sensor systems. Responsibilities include helping in defining our growth strategy, drive the execution of the strategic objectives and setting up infrastructure to facilitate the growth. Responsibilities:
• production management: scale, optimize and coordinate the production, implement quality control and inventory management systems
• supply chain: negotiating contracts, finding second suppliers, and manage procurement processes
💻 Requirements
• MSc. degree or equivalent in a technical discipline and >5 years experience in operations management in a manufacturing industry
• understanding of production processes and supply chain management
• creative mind with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• experience in the agri/horticulture business and Lean/Six Sigma methodology is a plus
