As a Micro Print Engineer at Addoptics, you will be responsible for co-developing advanced printing methodologies for fabricating micro and nanoscale optical structures integral to our Augmented Reality offerings. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team of engineers to design and execute experiments to validate the performance of printed optical structures. You will also troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the printing process, maintain comprehensive documentation of procedures and results, and prepare technical reports and presentations. You will play a critical role in developing innovative micro and nano printing techniques to keep us at the forefront of AR technology.

💻 Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in micro and nanofabrication techniques
- Hands-on experience with various micro and nano printing technologies preferred
- Technical background in polymer science or a related field is a plus
- Knowledge of optical structures and their application in AR systems is a plus
- Proficiency in CAD software for the design and simulation of micro and nano structures
