We’re looking for a Medical Microbiologist to join our team. You will deal with a diverse set of challenges. Your initial responsibility will be testing our cutting-edge medical devices and performing experiments. You will closely collaborate with clinical partners and our R&D team.

As a Medical Microbiologist, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and testing of our cutting-edge medical devices. Your responsibilities will include:
• Planning, executing, and analyzing microbial experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of our medical device.
• Collaborating closely with clinicians and researchers to design and set up clinical experiments that align with IVDR requirements.
• Conducting microbiological analysis of clinical samples and interpreting results to inform clinical
partners.
• Developing and optimizing protocols for microbial testing and data collection.
• Performing data analysis and generating comprehensive reports to communicate experiment findings to cross-functional teams.
💻 Requirements
•Master's degree in Microbiology, Medical Microbiology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in conducting microbial experiments, preferably in a clinical or medical environment.
• Strong understanding of microbiology techniques, including culturing, antimicrobial susceptibility
testing, and identification methods.
• Experience in collaborating with clinicians, researchers, and engineers to align scientific objectives
with product development goals.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical software for interpreting experimental results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex scientific concepts effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to medical device
development (e.g., ISO 13485, IVDR regulations) is a plus.
• Previous involvement in medical device or biotechnology startups is a plus.
