You will fulfill an essential role in our team and be responsible for the dates itself. Right now we organize around 400 dates per week. Handling these dates effectively will be key to our success and we need an extra hand here. Concretely, you would:
- Take care of our Customer Support
- Help us create the best experience for two strangers meeting on a date
- This involves making the process to the date as smooth as possible, as well as organizing the best date activities and locations
- Acquisition for partnering bars & restaurants
- These venues will be the date locations
- Identify service improvements and communicate these to the team

- You are proficient in both English and Dutch
