Beyond Pay is an HR tech startup. We are in the stage of solution validation and in search of two (co-founder) roles:1. HR background person2. SaaS programmer (front and/or back-end) About usWe are 2 ex-corporate professionals with 10 years work experience (each) who are passionate about making a difference to the employment world. Whilst working in big corporates, we got very frustrated with the tools and processes used in HR & Employment.We both have a business background therefore the need for others to complement our skillset. Co-Founder 1 – HR Background
- You are ex-HR or Payroll professional with over 5 years of experience, ideally (but not limited to) in the areas of HR Business Partner / Compensation & Benefits / Payroll
Co-Founder 2 – SaaS Programmer
- You are a SaaS Programmer or developer professional with over 5 years of experience, ideally with both Front and Back-end experience.
For both profiles:
